Improved sleep
I rarely go back to review something but I felt I should with this. When I got the pillow it expanded to a ridiculous size after letting it sit open for I think 24 hrs as the instructions said. I had a hard time getting comfortable with it for about 2 nights and went back to my old pillow but after a few nights I decided to give it another try. I’m glad I did. I used to flip my pillow over several times throughout the night looking for a cooler side. That doesn’t happen anymore. I also used to toss and turn a lot more. I’m just not now. I was worried I’d get a crick in my neck with it being so big but it settled down after a few nights of use and now I think my head just comfortably nests into the pillow. I wouldn’t call it a cooling pillow but the blue side feels cooler to the touch and it stays that way so maybe a non-warming pillow is a better name. Anyway, I hope this helps. I’d buy it again.

Soft, cooling pillow
It’s actually cool to the touch! This pillow comes nearly flat, (in vacuum-sealed packaging.) After about 2 days, it plumps up & is ready to be used. I am in perimenopause, so I get hot flashes at night & this actually feels great. I prefer squishier pillows, so it’s not super firm.

BEST COOLING PILLOW EVER
I truly never ever leave reviews, but this pillow, OMG!!! Truly cooling!!! I have slept better in the past 2 nights than I have in months. The hot flashes I was getting was leaving me in a puddle about 5-6 times a night, with this pillow I am down to about 2 (menopause of course) and no puddle!!! Now, it will warm to your body that’s touching, but I just readjust my position and BAM! back to cool. And by cool, I mean COOL! Best part is cooling filling is removable and adjustable to your perfect firmness. I removed enough to bend for a head pillow (I’m a stomach sleeper) and still have enough for my body. I have spent hundreds of dollars on so called “cooling” pillows and this one is it!!! Thank you Nestl and Amazon!!

Great Quality for the Price
This pillow is amazing. I was worried about the cooling no longer working with a pillow case on, however I put a thicker fluffy one and the pillow still has a cooling affect. The pillow has a nice weight to it, and it is firm enough to be used as a back rest. Overall great investment!
