We want you to actually sleep better. If a NOCHE product does not meet your expectations within 30 days of delivery, contact us at support@nocheart.shop and we will arrange a replacement or a refund — no hoops, no hidden conditions.
Delivery
Products ship from our US or China warehouses (shown on each product page). US-warehouse orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days; China-warehouse orders (e.g. the Weighted Sleep Mask) in 4–11 business days to the US. Delivery times are real estimates from our fulfillment partner, not marketing claims.
Returns
To start a return, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We will provide the return instructions. Once the item is received (or confirmed as shipped back), we issue the refund to your original payment method.
