Pleased with this, comfortable and reduced my husband’s snoring.
This ring was for my husband. He said it fit comfortably and did help to reduce (not necessarily eliminate) snoring. He used this in conjunction with snore plugs for his nose. He has since replaced these with an orthodontist appliance but was pleased with this device.

AMAZING!!! He snoring is 90% quieter!
I honestly didn’t think this would work, but it had 4.5 stars, so I gave it a try. IT WORKED! My husband thought I was making it up so he would wear it sometimes and sometimes he wouldn’t. Let me tell you I could tell the difference every time.
